For each oreo biscuit place a lollipop stick and then put the top biscuit back on. Simple as that! Then it’s time to prepare the vanilla coating for the lollipops. This is a very simple and basic procedure, so you should have no complications here. After you are done with that dip every lollipop into the mixture and place them on a tray.
